Planning Something Special

Built for first-time flyers.

Many people who fly with us are doing it for the first time. A birthday. An anniversary. A proposal. Or simply a day that’s meant to feel different than the usual.

We plan the route, coordinate timings, manage the restaurant and venue bookings, and make sure each part of the day connects perfectly. Simply tell us what you have in mind, and we take it from there.

A simple way to create something memorable with ease and peace of mind. An enquiry through our online form or by phone or email is all it takes to get started.

With over 35 years of operating experience, we follow rigorous pre-flight checks, continuous weather monitoring, and clear passenger safety briefings before every departure.

What kind of experience are you looking for?
Heletranz helicopter flying over Auckland CBD, featuring Sky Tower and cityscape.
A scenic flight

Experience Auckland, the Waitemata Harbour and the Hauraki Gulf from above, in a self-contained journey that feels impressive without the complication. It’s the easiest way to experience your first helicopter flight, and ideal whenever you want something special, made simple.

A day out - Waiheke, fishing, golf

Our most popular option, letting you make a day of it without the usual travel it demands. Fly to Waiheke Island for a vineyard lunch, spend the morning heli-fishing somewhere inaccessible by road, or access a golf course you couldn’t otherwise reach. You return to Auckland the same day, after a day that felt extraordinary.

An overnight stay

For occasions that deserve more than a single day. We combine helicopter transfers with handpicked accommodation – boutique lodges, world-class retreats, properties that set the tone from the moment you land.

Something further afield

Go somewhere you’ve always wanted to. Great Barrier Island. Cape Reinga. The Bay of Islands. Places that would otherwise require a full day of travelling become a single, smooth journey.
