Terms and conditions apply. Heletranz conducts this package as exclusive chartered flights in the helicopter of your choice. All bookings will be operated as the helicopter transfer only, excluding all additions such as dining, beverages, and vehicle transfers on the island. If you wish to explore these options please speak your travel coordinator for available options. All passengers are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to helicopter departure.

Heletranz reserves the right to alter bookings to reflect appropriate weight limitations as regulated under the CAA. For the purposes of the above condition, all passenger’s individual names and weights must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking.

The helicopter transfer is marketed at a charter rate in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST. Heletranz reserves the right to alter prices and/or apply a fuel surcharge without notice. At time of booking, a 50% payment deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is required 10 days prior to departure. If the travel is within 10 days of the booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking to secure the flight. All bookings are subject to pilot and aircraft availability. Payment via credit card will incur a processing fee (Visa/Mastercard 2%, Amex 3%).
